Every Balmy piece is woven by hand on a loom. The fabric depends on the piece: Turkish cotton, linen or bamboo.

Exchange or refund available within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new: unused and unwashed.

How do I care for a Turkish towel?
Cold or lukewarm water, mild soap, no bleach and no fabric softener. For bamboo, a cool tumble dry is fine if needed.
Our pieces are not prewashed: slight shrinkage is possible after the first wash. See Fabrics and care.
Where are Balmy products made?
In Turkey: every piece is woven by hand on a loom. Balmy is a Quebec brand, born in 2019 and taken over by Saskia Thuot in 2020.
Which size should I choose?
Turkish towels: 85 to 100 cm wide by 170 to 180 cm long. XL towels: 150 × 220 cm. Hand towels: 33 × 90 to 45 × 90 cm. Throws: from 130 × 170 cm (LIONEL) to 200 × 240 cm (OLLIE).
